Bootcamp

HIIT Me Up, One More Rep
Bootcamp classes are normally more challenging classes designed to push you outside of your regular limits through a hybrid combination of high intensity, cardio and strength-training movements. If you go to a Bootcamp class, you can expect to encounter anything from push-ups and burpees, to bursts of sprints, sit-ups, pull-ups, barbell and weight lifting, as several examples.

Power Hour

Alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion. Power Hour involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts.

PILATES

Pilates is the most known type of training that most of the global cinema actresses do. It is a collection of movements, stretching, breathing and stability that support focus, body control and increase strength, flexibility and balance.

This training style is low-intensity but high-impact. It is easy and includes slow, particular movements that require focus and concentration, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness in a way that achieves the following.
